What size o-ring for cam position sensor?

Got a small oil leak. It is on right side(facing engine standing outside the car), rear head just below valve cover. Looks to be cam position sensor next to a freeze plug. Anyone know the o-ring size? I dont want to pull out to check, put in to drive to store, pull out to fix. Anyone?

I got mine from ACE Hardware for like $0.50 each. I'll grab the barcode or size if I still have the packaging.
