Ok im taking another drive to Texas from California. The last drive was very successful.I had no problems whatsoever. 7 months later here i go again. My car always has routine oil changes its very well taken care of. I just replaced the radiator and its been fuctioning really good. What are other things can i check before i go???

Miles i will be driving will be approx 1024 one way
My car has 200924 miles

Lol i wouldnt want to sing at the karaoke bar. Then ill get pressured to do american idol and im not really looking into doing that at the moment im focusing on my car. lol..... I have Frank's greatest hits. My wife hates it lol

You should check your ATF fluid and if you haven't had it changed in awhile you should get it changed at least every 20-30k miles. Old fluid and heat is not a Auto Transmission's friend.

You should carry extra Coolant and Oil with you in the trunk.

My car has 284XXX miles and i take frequent drives from my state NJ to FL every few months hear and there. Never has let me down, matter of fact it helped a few people with their car on the side of the road with mine.. Im seriously considering slapping a AAA sticker on the side of my car.

Just keep some spare tools in your trunk just in case the inevitable happens.
