I35 Lowbeam bulb replacement help?

I have searched the forums and couldn't find any post on this already, although I might have missed one. How can I change my hid bulbs? How can I get to the housing? the housing is weird and is not does not simply twist and pull out. Anyone have any info? Pictures would be really nice, thanks.

There are several threads on the subject actually. I've been dealing with the same thing as one of my lowbeams went out and I thought I needed to change the bulb (though now I believe it's the ballast).

You have to unscrew the igniter which is the silver metal box behind the bulb. Once you get that unscrewed you can remove the bulb and put the new one in. It's difficult to do with the headlight in the car since there is very little clearance behind the igniter so your best bet is to remove the headlight which requires you to remove two bolts above the headlight and one underneath. To access the one underneath you'll have to remove the splash guard from under the car and access it from there.

Edit: I've already linked you in a previous thread. It seems you've already asked this question before....
