Front Door Speaker Installation

Im installing some new 6.5 speakers in the front door panels of my 2002 Nissan Maxima. My question is, could I just wire up the factory wires (in this case the brown wire and brown/white wire) to the new wires from the aftermarket speakers or do I need an entirely new wiring "harness?" Keep me posted guys, I have the door panel off at the moment and want to get this thing done asap.

Wire them up.A harness isn't needed, unless you want a cleaner install.

I'm curious, which speaker brand did you go with? Looking to replace mine also as the driver side is blown.
