DIY Curb Rash Repair..is it possible?

DIY Curb Rash Repair..is it possible?

I have seen previous threads and write ups before..but jwing if anyone actually has succesfully completed this and had good results.

supplies I think I might need:
1)sand paper(not sure what grit)
2)some kind of polish/detail repair kit

please guys can you help me out?

Im getting some se-rs FINALLY but they are slightley damaged i.e. curb rash and I need to repair them so I don't have to drop 100s at a bodyshop. So any comments or advise is GREATLY appreciated.

Put them on the front end spinning on jack stands, and hit the lip with a sanding disk, then clear coat. Just my random thought. Where is the rash.
