5spd wont go in any gears when engine running

i just did a 5spd conversion everything is bolted up done car runs when the car is off it goes in gears when its on it wont go in ****t now now im thinking a dragging clutch cause its out of adjustment and is probably not fully bled the pedal has alot of freeplay but it is stiff i need responses please wanna know if anybody else had this problem maybe (oh and slave, master, and clutch all new) thanks

Your clutch isn't fully disengaging when you put your foot down. That will prevent you from putting it into gear. If you have a lot of freeplay, then that means that your slave is hardly moving.....which means your pressure plate is hardly moving. That'll be the best place to start looking.

check master cylinder resivor could have a leak in one of the hydralic line seems to be common

look at the slave cyl and see if its being fully pressed in while pumping clutch pedal if not gravity bleed the clutch system some more and if it still dont fix change clutch master cyl.


if all is working maybe u didn't install the throw out bearing and fork correctly.

Might also be cracked clutch fork, disk installed backwards, or large enough debris on the clutch facings. If you installed an OEM line, they can be a bish to bleed.

yesterday i had no gears wen car was on now we bled it a lil better and i got to go in gears when the car is on NOW THE PROBLEM IS it is grabbing on the floor the clutch is grabbing on the floor and everyone is saying bleed it tomorrow when i back in school my next step is either use the macine to flush and bleed or use the vacuum im thinking vacuum cause when i was leaving i started to bleed but i couldnt finish cause it was time to leave and i had work sooooooooo IDFK WTF WTF WTF WTF IM GOING CRAZY HELPPP! thank u

and when it was grbbing on the floor we drove it out to the lot and it went thru evry gear fine no problem other than the fact it grabbing on the floor
