INSTALLED NEW FOGLIGHTS & FOGLIGHT FILM & WINDOW TINT
idk about other people, but my (2002) glass lens fog-lights cracked from rocks pretty quickly. so a couple days ago i replaced my fog-lights with new ones, and ordered protective fog-light film. I searched online and found a company called RVinyl.com and scoped the products out. I ordered yellow foglight film, and decided to TRY their pre-cut window tint film. I was pretty skeptical as i have ordered pre-cut film before from a different site and was very disappointed. it was thick, hard to work with, and i ended up scrapping it.
all in all, i must say: the foglight film was cut very well. fit perfectly, and the window tint was so easy to work with, and went on without a problem. (i while pealing it off creased a 2 spots, but otherwise its done very well)
my old foglights that were cracked:

after products were installed:

tinted window's:

all in all, RVINYL delivered it very well packaged, ontime, and i am very satisfied with their products. im by no means a pro tint installer, but i must say it turned out bubble free.

yea they are on. they are a cool blue bulb color. Its tough to see when the flash hits it, or its day light... but at night it matches the HID headlights really well- and is rather bright.

idk what you mean by to much color wise is going on. my car is gray, accents are black- and calipers are like a brembo gold.
all in all, i tinted 3 cars in my life. the first was a mess, the 2nd was better, and this one is boarderline pro install.
between my track bike, wifey's track bike, and 2 jobs... its tough to squeeze in the rim repaint.
-and 5mins ago... wifey texted me SHE HAD TO GO TO THE MALL TO BUY NEW SHOES.... comes out and some A-hole scratched up her passenger door to the 2010 G37s - so thats now on my to-do-list.
FML
oh and good to see the 7th gen 19s are plastidipped
Question. Anybody have issues with the glass 5.5 foglights with HIDs and overlays?
I almost never drive without my foglight rewire on (standard 55w bulbs) and was even considering maybe buying some HIDs. But my foglights are already cracked and i worry that if i buy new housings and put HIDs in them, the heat will make them crack or the overlays burn up. I dont do very much highway driving so if rocks are the issue its not my main concern here.

OP, I like the setup, but I'm a little bias since I'm also running yellow overlays. Your next step should be to clear the headlights.

You mean a clear film over the headlight, or clear coating them??

Fogs look good, so do the windows. How was the rear window ? that one always kills me and I give up lol .
Also I like that black part in the middle of your front bumper.
But something about the wheels doesn't look great, not sure if its the color or the style.

Judging from the pics, I don't think the rear window is tinted.
yea i ran out of day light on the rear most window. that will be done saturday. i will post updated pics. ODDS ARE I WILL MESS IT UP. thats a tough one.
im gonna heat gun it on the exterior first, and gently press it against the outside, to make it form well, then will apply it inside.

The fogs on the picture show much more glare than in reality. In reality, there is actually no glare at all. The fogs light up the ground about 30ft in front of the car...
