Get a Y Pipe first, youll be happier (unless you are just into looks) then gauge the noise increase and then choose between Greddy or Apexi. You could actually choose your Catback first and always cancel your order later since there is like a 3 month backorder on both Greddy and Apexi Catbacks.

As for piecing a catback together or buying a complete system, I would go with buying a complete system. You might save a few bucks but more importantly, you will save yourself the headaches of fitment issues with different catback components, as a complete system usually has less install complications.

Y-pipe first, but hey if you decide you want the entire system, than you should replace them at the same time. That's what I did and it made my install a lot easier. I have the Greddy and that is possible the best exhaust ever. It sounds and looks great. Along with my rt cat the setup is wonderful. But y-pipe is the most important part! Hope this helps!

When and where did you get your Greddy? Ive wanted one for so long, but the 3 month wait was too long so Ive been trigger shy.

Custommaxima is the first place I had placed the order for the Greddy but I cancelled it. Greddy is known for being slow since they have to have all of their products shipped from overseas.

Some day (sigh)

I got mine from greg in less than two weeks so I was very happy! This was when he first started selling them so I guess he had more available.

I paid about $500 with shipping, and ordered back in September. So it was a while ago. But still Greddy is the way to go!
