gauge cluster not workin!!! lil hesitation..
driving bak from a buddies house last night my gauge cluster went dead... no rpm speed mileage nothing... light still works but everything else is dead...
also im getting a slight sputtering @ times like its goin out of gas or sumtin... and then it goes away...
ive been having issues reading ,my ob2 ready for a lil while now im thinking this might be related but i dunno..
any clue on what the issue could possibly be?

update.. i swapped the meter fuse out and the cluster came bak on.. by the time i pulled out to drive the fuse burned out... as for the hesitation when i hit the gas @ wot it hesitates bad and wont stop.. i take my foot off the gas and hit it again and it drives normal... any advise will helo thanks
This happened to me last night on my 2001 ae. I have a radar detector hooked up to my rear view mirror wires and somehow they ended up touching and shorting out the fuse you are referring to ... Not only did my gauge not work.. but my car literally stuttered like it was out out of gas ... It must be nissans way of dealing with gauge tampering by people pulling the fuse. I put a new fuse in.. separated the wires got a jump and the car was fine... Make sure u find out what is causing the short and good luck!!!
If your gauges are disconnected you'll throw many codes and the car will sputter and start blowingfuses, as well as doing all kinds of different strange things. on my 2001 the door chime made some whacky tunes and beep sequences then I started blowing fuses and eventually burnt out the trigger feed to the audio.
In short (pun intended), you need to find the cause of your issue soon, but luckily sounds like nothing too major at this point. Likely something aftermarket you've installed, or wiring you've done, so check that first.
