Seatbelt Warning Light

I'm lazy, so I'm soliciting opinions. I want to bypass the stupid warning light on the dash for the seatbelt. What do you guys think would be the easiest way to permanently do it. Should I just cut into the wiring by the buckle and splice them together or is there any other way that might be better (or easier) that I'm overlooking? Any ideas?

You should always wear your seatbelt, they saved me at least noce!!
the easiest way i can think off is to cut that thing off and just plug the part where it goes into that thing, that should PERMANETLY disable the light!! I'm confused, but hopefully u ain't!! hahaha

just look under the driver seat and theres a wire comin from the seat belt harness, just cut it and no more seat belt light. you can always reconnect it if ya need/want to for any reason. that was the first thing i did to my max

Wow, I didn't know there were so many safety ****'s on this board. Actually, I do wear my seat belt, but I just installed a harness in the car, and don't want to look at the light everytime I'm wearing the harness instead of the stock system.

finny, thanks for the tip, that sounds like the best way
