Dont buy from Glockman40 - screwed me bad

I purchased a spoiler from him. Sent a pay pal payment within an hour of making the deal. Since linked to a checking account takes 2 days to clear which he was fine with. I then passed up another spoiler since i had committed to him and that spoiler was then sold. Anyway in the interim someone offered him more money so he sold to them and refunded my money. No im out of liuck with no spoiler. I think thats horrible business. I offered him the full price he asked and sent the paymnet in less then an hour. As far as i am concerened a deal was made. Just an FYI to nayone else out there that may think about buying from him in the future. Its not right! Horrible business.

He screwed me good.

Oh, that is very wrong of him.

I was selling something here one time and I made a deal with someone. Another org member PMed me and offered me more, lol. $30 more. But I said, it wouldn't be fair to the guy who already had agreed to pay. So, I sold it for the price we had agreed upon. Which was like $20 less than my asking price. And I passed up the offer for $30 more that this other org member offered me.

Didnt have the ***** to tell me i guess. lol

Rules of business: Once a deal is made and payment is recieved, that item is now that buyers, so technically you are not supposed to sell/tamper/modify/**** the item.

If you do then you are a scumbag and not a man because in this world all a man has is his ***** and his word and without one you dont have the other.

glockman..i give you credit for giving him back his money. but you two agreed on a deal before the other guy gave you the offer, longisland also sent you the money (even if it was an e-check) he sent you the money. only 'right way' out was if the money didnt send, then you had the right to go another route. but you did a douche move and didnt honor your word. with that...bad customer service

to the op, he did give u your money back pronto so I think it's not totally his fault...it's kinda unfair to make him out to look as if he stole your money.

he could have decided to keep the spoiler or use it as a surfboard...who cares. He did give u a refund in full.

this is not as cut and dry and both of you have valid reasons to feel how you do.

I say just move on and buy a new one or find one on ebay.

Let's not mention you wanted me to ship the day of your echeck you processed. I never had the funds and for all I know you could walk away from it before it went through. Setup a paypal account with your bank info and it's a done deal with future purchases. If you pay and they don't ship you got yourself a case.

Its like leaving a deposit for a car and then the sales guy sells the car to someone else for more money but gives you the deposit back. Yeah he didnt rob you but it still wasnt right I mean whats was the deposit for.

Ive spent too much time on this already. Its all good, have a great day.

No it's more like going to the dealer, test driving the car and the salesman says take the car home and show it off. Then returning to dealer to find out the bank won't approve you. It happens everyday have a good one!

When that happens, no money moves.
You had to issue a refund, did you not?

From what I can see, you really went about this poorly. The fact that you're unapologetic and seem to defend your actions only makes you come of worse to everyone here.

yea he at least refunded the money but it's definitely bad etiquette to accept multiple payments for the same item and then refund the lowest..even if it was an e-check or whatever you shoulda just been clear beforehand and said Validated Paypal accounts only like I do.

Is Glockman the worst person in the world? no. Is he someone you might wanna think twice about doing business with? most likely, especially given the fact that he doesnt seem to care.
