Complete Zainos done on a '11 Winter Frost Pearl

I did a complete Zainos job on my Maxima this weekend (Clay Bar, Z2 Pro, Grand Finale Spray, Tire Shine). Let me know what you think!

Give it a try buddy! I was a Meguiar's guy all the way about 5 years ago until I tried Zaino's. I know that it costs more but it really does make a difference. I used NXT on my old car and Zainos on my old Honda Pilot and the Zainos lasted a lot longer than the NXT. You can also use a lot less Zaino's than Meguiars which offsets the costs a little...

I have a Porter Cable 7424 & that thing works wonders on dark paint. I previously had 2 black cars and it seems like I had to use that thing twice a year to keep the scratches off!

That's exactly what I use hahaha. Lake Country CCS polishing pads are AWESOME too. Only thing I'm worried about is that with how soft Nissan's paint is, that I'm not gonna have any clearcoat left after 3 years

I've never used those polishing pads... I will give them a try with my Odyssey. My neighbors tell me that I am going to wash the paint of my Maxima. I wash it every other day. I have pretty much done the same with my old cars and the paint never came off...

I get the same heat from my gf and friends. Even my buddies with Vipers and M series bimmers say my car "always looks clean, even when it's dirty" hahaha.

Looks really good! I'm due for a good coat on mine this weekend. I just spent the weekend putting the first coat on my wife's Murano.

Man, if I could actually find a weekend where it wasn't pissing rain constantly, I'd already have it done Giving the ZFX a try as well. Hoping this cuts down on the amount of cure time between coats of Z5

I thought about trying that with my Odyssey. I have heard that it really does help. I just wish it was a little cheaper or already added to the Z5...

Well the nice thing is, is that it only takes 3-4 drops per 2 ounces of polish. So in typical Zaino fashion, a little goes a long way. Supposedly the cure time is 15 minutes for one coat. So by the time you've started at the front and finished the rear bumper, you're ready to start buffing off the front of the car.

Yes I do! I love it and it doesn't sling at all. It really gives the tire a nice look. Not as "wet" as all the others. The others sling really bad and wash off. I can put this on once every other week and it lasts with me washing my car 4 times a week if not more. Here is a pic of it:

I will do that on my Odyssey within the next couple of weeks and let you know how it works. I just got finished washing the Maxima after someone decided to mow and throw all of the clippings all over my car. It is so nice how easily the car dries with a leaf blower after using Zainos. It blows right off!

What do you use to apply it with? I originally used one of the squared zaino white applicators, but it eventually disentegrated. Now I'm just using a rag, but it's really not very effective. What are you using?

Yeah the Z16 tire dressing is awesome stuff. Just leaves the sidewalls looking dark matte black (I HATE the super shiny stuff). I bought a pack of those tire sponges to apply the Z16, the wipe off any excess with an old rag.

I like the wet tire look, but it never lasts. It either flings off crap like others have said or is back to looking dry in a couple days. Black Magic worked the best for me but I feel like the Meguiar's tire polish I used lasted forever. It like conditioned the tire or something instead of just made it wet looking

I use the wax applicator pads. They are $.99 each at auto parts stores. They seem to soak up the tire shine pretty well and then you don't need to use as much tire shine to do your tires. Just my 2 cents....

Thanks! I love Zaino's on Black cars. I have used it on all of my black cars & I have found nothing else like it. It almost looks like a mirror when you are done!

if you really want to do it right...wet sand the whole car with 1200 or 1400 grit and buff it out.
