Makes it an easier move having the G in the garage, eh?

People can still find the OP over at myG37.com, under the same SN.

im looking at either an 2.5 fully loaded altima, or a fully loaded rogue or a fully loaded morano to add to the G37s coupe for now.
The coupe will go probably in 2years, as wifey already regrets getting a 6mt & 2doors LOL(love saying "i told you so". doesnt get me laid, but i loooove saying it lol)

and yes, people can find me at myg37.com as an official site sponsor.

you know, i love the car; but me & wifey are "family planning" in the next 12-24months and i dont want to be car hunting in the middle of painting a room baby blue/pink and putting together new furniture, and having her on my back 24/7 lol.
so i figured get whatever i can out of the maxima now while its still presentable, and get myself into something that will accommodate our future needs, and wont be another thing on the list to do in a hectic time.

you'll have TONS more aftermarket support for the G than you ever did with the Maxima....so I think it'll be more fun.......plus the new 3.7 is a beast alot more potential with that engine!!!

actually i beg to differ. a year into the G, and there isnt much available.
plus im not touching the motor/tranny on the g37s. im simply doing visual mods that i can reverse easily before selling.

plasti-dipped the rims & front grille

next thing im doing is taking the brushed steel accents inside and making them carbon fiber.

but my real mod-toy is:

fuel efficiency of a 2.5 (altima/rougue) or room & towing capacity of morano?
(i also gotta get something wifey wont mind rockin every now & then. Is she gonna wanna go from a g37s & her yamaha r6 into a dorky Rogue? - doubt it lol)

thank you, plasti-dip turned out freakin awesome on the maxima & this thing.

and we wont be keeping the G for that long. she's annoyed with the 2 doors & 6mt already LOL plus im not big on installing to much after market on my cars. prime example: stillen came out with a carbon fiber lip for the front of the G, and so many people complain that they off due to having crappy reinforcements. then driving around and seeing aftermarket bumpers flapping in the wind on other cars, taught me to stay away from to much modding.

i thought about an exhaust, but to be honest, the exhaust drone in this car is loud enough. cruising on the highway, its loud in the car- and i happen to loove the stock exhaust note.

so visual mods it is for me. i will update you guys once i do the carbon fiber wrap on the interior accents.

Minivan. Seriously. As soon as you start lugging around a baby in a carrier, and messing with a stroller, you're going to want a minivan. Today's Honda Oddesy is like a freaking limousine.

I'm 47, and I want a coupe again. You'll see. When you hit mid-life, you're going to want the car you had 20 years ago.

im not a fan of mini-vans, but if i ever even said the word "van" -wifey would grab my duty weapon and end me and the conversation right then & there you have a better shot with getting me into a tutu.

im thinking of something like this:

idk it comes from having the window's really-really tinted to keep myself not visible while in uniform driving to & from work.
once you do the windows, then it leads to the black rims....then the rims lead to other things lol

plus being blacked out was always kinda my thing to do. it all started when i had a 99 altima back in the day that had 2 layers of 5% tint lol

oh im sticking around, just wont be posting as often.
i will be doing posts like general stuff; headlight restoration, scratch repair, etc.
honestly guys; this has been one of the most mature forums i have had the pleasure of joining. you guys should see what goes on, on some of the other nameless "luxury car" forums. the most childish drama lead by brainless moderators.

Trust me that G won't last with your wife nagging in your ear. I thought it would be "Fun" to buy this

You could not believe the level of crap I got from the wife. And it was a PITA shuffling 2 small girls to school (not to mention 2 grand for a brake job) so out it went. In came the 5.5 max. Good luck!

-i was offering at least the sedan version, or the FX.
