After DIY HL mod i got fog -_- wtf!!!
^^^, I am never happy with what i have, lol always trying something different lol. Plus i get tired of looking at the same thing over and over again. Just never satisified i guess lol.
Hair drier wont get hot enough you need a heat gun. if you bake then again, try using some sort of string, rope (ratcheting straps or something the like) and try to give the lid and housing some pressure together. Good luck

Remove the silicone. Go to Autozone and get butyl sealant. Bake apart your headlights and add some of the butyl to the OEM sealant. Don't forget go clean out and dry up any moisture in the headlights. Bake them back together and let them sit overnight with clamps holding the lenses and housings together nice and tight.
99.9% chance they won't fog up again.

yeah.. never heard of the butyl sealant, but re bake and clamp them well for an extended period as chris mentioned, you'll be fine. Just do it soon so that existing moisture doesn't create any problems
damn bro sorry to hear about this. could be the paint fuming like you mentioned before, i think that needs to be literally wiped off the inside. dont worry though man each time you bake it gets easier and faster. like HMAX, ive opened mine a bunch now (4 times and planning a 5th already) to change things or add stuff and its no big deal. i can get them off my car baked open in an hour, another hour re-sealed back on the car its not that bad when u do it a few times.
id bake re-open them, wipe the inside of the lens off and re-seal using the OEM sealant. you can get some extra butyl sealant too to help; even if the issue wasn't a bad deal and just the paint fumes. if it was just condensation from the air then taking out a bulb would probably have made the condensation temporarily go away cause it'd have been balanced on both sides of the lens. in my experiences the OEM sealant stayed really well in the grooves and didnt make a mess at all, and the 7 torx screws that hold the lens really did my resealing for me practically
