09 rear seat on a sports max

Hey what's up guys I need a little help from some 09 sport package maxima owners. I need to see if someone can post a picture of their rear seat BUT I need a picture of the inside of the pull down part where the rear arm rest is. Long story short I took the car in for service and complained about some noise coming out the rear. Well after they serviced the car I noticed a HOLE where it looks like a key lock go's but everyone their had this look like " I don't now what happen" and they tried to feed me the story of " O that hole is suppose to be there " I never noticed it before but again I never have people sit in the back seats. So I was wondering if someone can either tell me yes something does go their or the hole is suppose to be exposed. I will take a pic later and post it up. Thanks guys

i dont have a sport but if mine is the same as yours, behind where the armrest goes, there's a door with a lock on it and a handle right under it. there shouldnt be a hole there.

Well looks like this simple fix turned into something bigger now. I had to get Nissan Corp. Invloved because the two Service managers @ the dealer are not returning my calls and this has been going on for a month now. I can't believe this crap. Looks like I can add another dealer to my list that I had issues with and had NIssan Corp get involved in. The funny part is the dealer not knowing what actually went inside the hole is what got me they had this look like that feature shouldn't of came with the car.

Sorry for the late reply. The Dealer was Cerritos Nissan. I'm actually going today because Nissan Corp called me and said to take a trip down to the dealer and push them on the issue at hand. I can't believe it's taking this long just for a trunk lock. I also need to take the car back for them not fixing my issues with the car also. I use to go to Buena park Nissan and had bad luck with them. Now I don't know which dealer I'm going to take the car in for service.
