these work fantastic, the box gets buried behind the radio and you drop an AUX line out wherever you want. Yes, its fm transmitted, but its NOT wireless - its direct in to the radio, giving you the best sound possible without the high cost of a real aux in. I've put in many of these and no one has had an issue or complaint.
You will need both FM adapters to add with it however, adding to the cost but its still a fraction the cost of real aux in add on
