Need advice for removing 00vi parts

I will be removing all required parts for an 00vi swap on my 4th gen. I have access to an 01 that will be pretty much be going to the scrapper after I am finished.
Just trying to get prepared so I know what I will be encountering, as far as any access issues as far as removing the LIM and rear valve cover etc..

Also, I did a motor swap a couple years ago, I have a 95 Fed spec, with a 97 Infiniti Cali spec motor. Just wondering if that will cause any issues?

I have done a good bit of research in the past week or so, and really didnt see any info on removal, so if I missed something I apologize, really didnt want to start up a new thread as i know that the 00vi issue has been beaten up pretty good!!
