I have a "baseball card in the spokes" sound coming from the left side of my engine. you can hear it while driving and at a complete stop. it get slightly lower while driving but you can definitely still hear it.

Sounds like timing chain rattle to me. You need to replace your tensioner.

 

Clicking could also be the axle

 

It cannot be the axle if it can be heard while at a stop.

Yes, your timing chain tensioner is on the left side when facing th front. There is two black access doors. The one that is closest to the power steering pump pulley is the location of the tensioner.

if you do replace only the tensioner (you should do guides as well but it much more work) be very careful if you drop a bolt or a piece for the tesioner, it will probably fly apart unless you put a pin in it, your royally screwed and the whole half of the engine has to come apart

You can do it through the access hole it not bad just be careful try putting a piece of paper towel flat againt the socket then shove it on the bolt head that could help you from dropping it

Ok sorry about the delay in repsonse. Been mad busy/distracted with family stuff and the holidays and random stuff.

but all in all i didnt have to touch my timing chain *phheww*
Because what happened was i had no oil. MAD FAIL on my part. When checking underneath i notice massive amounts of oil all over. My oil pressure sender unit was leaking terrible. so replaced that for only 12 bucks. (yes finally a cheap fix). filled w/ oil. now cars running well again.

driving around the damn city with my engine sounding Terrible I heard it thought it was something just rattling around took it around the block and took It back home.
and I didn't chECM the oil because did an oil Change a 3 days before the noise.

Relax man. It's not like he's driving your Car without Oil. Stuff like this happens. Last time I had my car serviced by Jiffylube (years ago) they didn't screw the filter on all the way. Fell off as I was driving and dumped all the oil. Luckily nothing serious happened and I was able to just get a filter and oil to do it myself. Last time I ever let someone service any of my vehicles.

I guess you are lucky it's not the Timing Tensioner. Mine is bad and needs to be fixed but it's to damn cold outside for me to have any desire of fixing it.
