I've been using NXT Tech Wax 2.0 on my max for over 3 months. I a very pleased with it. It really pops the shine out on my crimson black maxima

Looks like another Wax War in the making here........
I use Zaino products on the Corvette and Meguiar's professional line on the Maximas.
The Corvette guys have beaten this subject to death on corvetteforum.com...plenty of opinions there.

Good luck.

theres actually a whole detailing/car cleaning section of the Maxima site check it out. I like Meguiar's but have everyone pulling me over to Zaino for that show car finish

Tech Wax 2.0 here, but only because I haven't run out yet. The stuff lasts about two months. Hardly an all-star performance when my car is garaged for days at a time. The replacement will probably be Duragloss because it's said to be similar to Zaino.

I use whatever is on sale. I like the NXT wax and the quick wax spray wax. This black is so hard to keep clean!

I just recently applied Swissvax Concorso with three applications on my friends car and we were very impressed, the depth of color, reflection, etc was just unreal and very easy application. Swissvax is very impressive but also very expensive so I'm looking at trying Finish Kare 1000P it's very highly reviewed over at autopia.org and other respected detailer sites and less than $20!!

zaino for sure. I love the stuff. My car is black as well. By far the best product I have ever used. The shine is so deep. Well worth the money

i have used Zaino once on a friends car...it worked great.....lately though i have been using 3M and Meguiar's products....I recently bought a porter cable DA polisher so I was thinking about trying some different products from autogeek.net, this is always a battle as long as you do things the right way they all work pretty good for the most part..

I don't have access to water with hoses as I live in the apartment so i cant hand wash my car ... The only think I can get is the automatic touch less wash from a Mobil1 gas station nearby ...

Also, is it save if I wash the car in the touchless car wash and drive home and do the wax ?
I am just worry that kind of car wash won't really clean well as when I wipe the car I still can see some black streaks on my towels...that when I apply the wax I ended up scratching the car with dirts that still stay on the car

Also what do you guys think of the wax offered in these touchless car wash.. are they dependable ?

go to a hand wash place and take your own bucket and sponge. Just go when others aren't there, so you aren't "that guy" But the only way to get a car clean is to touch every surface. That is the only way in my book.

u can it depends on how dirty the car is.

u can also make a QD strength batch of onr put it in a chemical sprayer and pre treat the dirty areas to break down the grime before putting a sponge on it

when in the winter my car is very dirty i do go to touchless to remove the bulk of dirt then go back home and ONR in garage

I've always used mothers, but meguiars was pretty good too. Used it once for bringing a shine into a rattle can paint job and it actually came out ok!

I just clay barred and used my Meguiar's G110v2 Professional Dual Action Polisher the wife got me for Christmas to get Blaxima all cleaned up, using the Turtle Wax T3KT Black Box Car Wax Kit. Before the wax, I just used Meguiar's Ultimate Compound. The DA polisher is a true blessing! Took me about six hours but it was well worth the time.

Here are the results!

Meguiar's is easy to get and priced effective(CHEAP), it does work VERY well and remember the phrase...if it goes on easy, it comes off easy.
