http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/...oduct_Code=Z-6

They say 1/2 oz can do your entire car and a 16oz bottle is only $10. Am I missing something here it sounds too good to be true

IT depends on what you want to do, z6 is just a cleaner qd it does not put down protection like z8.

if u want to use zaino u would need the true sealant IE z2/z5 pro.n then use z6 or z8 to maintain

BUT z8 can be used as a topper on other LSPs.

I have to say after detailing for over 10 years and using ALOT of boutique products zaino is excellent but sorta hard to understand

If i would recommend zaino to someone I would get zaino total protection kit

haha that does sound complicated. I think I'll stick to meguiars for now until I run out (that shine makes my eyes really happy) and then decide what to do

Yeah I really do want to try it out to see what all this hype is about.

So I guess to start off I can get Z3, Z6, Z7, and Z8?

After the wash, what order would you recommend?

if u dont want to get the protection kit which IMO is awesome

your best bet would be z7 ZAIO z2 then maintain with z8

ZAIO can be used by hand to remove minor imperfections in the paint and provide a good base for z2

Isn't the plaint cleaner after claying and before polishing a redundant step?

yes.

If you clay and plan on following up with an abrasive polish, a cleaner is not necessary. A cleaner is a non abrasive polish/chemical cleaner. This is used to really clean the paint and prepare it for a wax or a sealant.

So clay > compound > polish > sealant (optional, although I prefer a sealant over a wax) > 8-12 hour cure time if sealant used > wax.

OR

Wash > Cleaner > Sealant > Wax

Dual action polisher highly recommended. I'm not a fan of Zaino, but different strokes for different folks...

Can anybody point me in the direction of a good Sponge/Wash Mit or Cloth that doesn't swirl your paint?

http://www.autogeek.net/carpro-wool-wash-mitt.html

or

http://www.autogeek.net/supernatural-wash-mitt.html

Although Dodo Juice is one of my favorite brands, for the price - I'd go with the CarPro Mitt. Wookie Fist is nice, but holds so much effing solution it can get pretty heavy.

p.s. I'm lazy as fuuu lol

yeah with one of the kits you have the flash hardener or whatever that you mix with the polish. its not hard... if you know how to make Kool-Aid then you can mix a few drops of hardener into a bottle of polish...
