Nokya bulbs for fogs?
EBay got 35w and 55w. Which is better to go with and will it have any effect on the stock harness?

Either will be fine. 55W halogens will be brighter.

I will double check, I believe I have 35w and they look pretty good. But I want to go to HID fogs instead.

Go with the 35w as that is what Nissan engineered the system to handle.
