Blue LED conversion inside my 2011
Man this really does look amazing djtonyg. Great work. Lol I'm not trying to be a hater and I honestly don't know if it would be possible but I think what would really set it off is if you could change the orange needle to that hyper white that the lexus's have in them or even the blue you already have. I guess I'm just not a big fan of the orange they put in our cars.
Oh cool stuff Ghozt. I guess to each his own. I'm sure he stuck with the orange because he liked it. I've never done any types of mods like this. Maybe I'm a whimp but taking apart the odometer and all in a new 30 some odd thousand dollar car just makes me little queasy. I'm sure that dj has done this many times before. I know I sure wouldnt have my new car be my first guinea pig.
Here's my question. Did the odometer LCD's need an LED change or are they just using an orange filter on the LCD? I have the monochrome style center screen in mine and I'm guessing those LCD's are the same as the monochrome.

In regards to the car being less then a year old ($35K) and me messing with it. I wanted to be the 1st person to do this to a 7th Gen. Hopeful I did it.
Word of advice make sure you have a steady hand!!
Thanks for the feedback.
