Is there a way to get the power port located in the console to turn off when the car turns off? I would like for the one in the console to work like the one located between the cup holders and the console. If I have to I would prefer the one outside the console tone the one that stays on

 

The plug located in the center console is directly connected to constant, the only way is to disconnecting the connection to plug ( CONSTANT ) and redirecting to the one in between cup holders and center console which is accessory (KEY). Have to remove the whole console to this.
