12 sv suspension and brakes making noise

I have noticed that my brakes always squeak when I leave, and it's not just the first drive of the day. It almost sounds like they are dragging the pads but it's a definite squeak. Best way to compare the sound is its like the wear tabs are rubbing already. It can be either going forward or backing out of a spot. Had the dealer check it, pads are at 90% still but said they were dirty so they cleaned the pads..and of course it's still doing it. It's quite embarrassing when it sounds like a 10 year old car with bad brakes already, and I've had it almost 5 months.
Also, noticed with my widows down when I hit a small bump it sounds like the shocks are making a "hissing" sound-that's the best way I can describe it. Anyone else have this issue or any suggestion I can give to the stealership to check out again? Thanks in advance

I have a 2012 and as for the brakes I dont have that issue... but for the shocks if its the noice I'm thinking of its normal. The shock will make that noise when under pressure but that also determines what the shock is made out of.

the pad squeeling could be caused by a bring return seal inside the caliper, its not fully pulling the piston back, causing there to be a slight pressure on the pads at all times. as for the shock noise, doesnt sound "normal" to me, check ur shock, make sure its not leaking, sounds like fluid is by-passing a seal in shock

Shocks hissing when compressed is normal though. My last two cars did this.

ive worked on many shocks and struts, and i have yet to hear a good one make a hissing noise loud enough u can hear it when driving. maybe a faint air release noise when u have it out of the car, but u shouldnt be able to hear it while driving.

Yes your right you wont hear it while driving as many other noises play factor hear. But depending on what the shock its made out of ex. gas, hyro liquid, air... etc you may or may not hear a noise from pressure, this not only happens if its leaking or bad which by the way a bad shock will just clunk as it lost pressure anyway...
