I have a 1988 Maxima Engine. I am trying to remove the Intake Manifold cover. The Cover that says V6 3000. I can not get the phillips head screws off. Can anyone tell me what to do to get these screws out so I can continue with my rebuild. Thank You.

 

I rebuild my engine last year and if I remember right you got to have the right sized phillips driver. Really important that it has to fit tight. On a few, I had to use an impact driver, the kind you use a hammer with. They are not too expensive, less than $15.
