Its 3/8" ID. If you are curious if its too small, just look at the actual IACV plunger. Its quite small. Smaller than 3/8".

Might be a dumb question, but are you positive your IACV is working correctly?

Positive. Just need to dial tps in. I was just interested in a better IACV adapter to clean up my cluttered bay a bit.

Are the holes on the plate threaded?

Does this help oovi run without codes?

Yes, the holes are threaded. You use the OEM bolts that attaches the IACV to the intake manifold. I don't know what codes you are getting, but this allows you to run the OEM 4th gen IACV with the 00VI swap. The 5th gen IACV which is attached to the throttle body can be used but its iffy at best with the 4th gen ECU and people complain of rough idles. I also have a 5th gen IACV block-off plate which works tandem with this 4th gen IACV adapter plate. If you are going to use the 4th gen IACV and the 5th gen throttle body, you have to remove the 5th gen IACV and replace it with a block-off plate. Just let me know.
