Bad idea?

If I try and get this guy down to $6,000 does it seem like a bad idea? Gonna meet locally and check it out but any caution flags by the parts list / miles? Thanks guys

The pics are bad quality, and makes it seem like something is being hidden. I'd opt for a independent inspection.

Very true, I asked the seller for better pictures and I'm gonna look at the car in person. Once I know If I'm serious or not i'll schedule the independent inspection.

How about the parents like the clutch and the 2004 maxima lsd tranny.. is that a common swap?

Yeah I asked for better pictures the one of the interior and front fascia are good shots but the other two are over edited and way too small.

I talked to the owner and got to know most of what I wanted except one thing... He says the previous owner put on the KYB suspension and isn't sure exactly what parts it includes and either do I.. So what parts is in the Kyb suspension?

He probably got the GR-2's. Nice struts. I would get a run down of everything he has done to it

struts are just struts, don't look too far into it. Make sure it passes a full inspection and get pictures of every inch of the car.

Also ask how it starts/runs and if it has any code issues. These are 2 common problems with a manual swap.

Looks decent for a decent price if everything checks out. I'm sure there's something he's leaving out of that ad though, maybe it's nothing major, but you need to know what it is.
