I'm new to this I have a 02 6 speed when I start the car there is a noise by the gear box but when i sink the cluch the noise stops when i drive the noise is louder I want to no if it is the cluch or the gear box help plz

 

If you push the clutch in and the noise goes away its the input shaft bearing which is in the transmission.
