Is the MAF the entire assembly with the honeycomb or just the sensor that sticks in the plastic tube?

the fuel filter will not fit the 5.5 gen I believe...not completely sure though.

As for the MAF, it is the complete assembly, ie. the tube/honeycomb and sensor.

yes, absolutely. They are a versatile crossover pad, which means you can drive them on the street but they are still capable on the track, so you don't have to switch them out.
