Like the title states, I have a 2002 Maxima engine with around 85-90k miles up for parts only. Motor is complete. Valves developed a slight tick so heads could be used for a rebuild or just used for parts. Other than that, motor ran strong. Pm me with any of your needs.

I will let this motor go for $200 picked up. Ran fine but Id recommend new valves due to a slight valve tick and re-setting timing since it was timed for a 4th gen. Its a complete motor besides the upper/lower intake manifold.
