My opinion is mileage does not matter that much if youve taken good care of your car. My 95 has 275k and is still my daily driver, i commute daily around 135 miles here is so cal and do regular maintenance to the car just because i use it so much. Drives smooth and ac works great

Old car. Just drive it and be happy. A new crate motor will cost u around 3-4k and ur still going to have old suspension, dents, old tranny.....it's not worth it. 3.5 swap is cheaper, but that's up to you if u really want to do that.

I bought my 3rd maxima. Had 185k on it. I'm just driving it...yeah. It could use a new engine, this one probably lost a couple ponies over the years, but it's a old car. Not worth throwing that money into it.

I'm just going to use that money for a newer car.

Like someone said, don't fix what is not broken. If you decide to swap....that's no brainier, VQ35.
