Really need some help here with the rear axle
I am having a hell of a time with the max, long story short, rear passenger side axle beam snapped at about 40 mph and it locked up my e brake on that tire, i thought it was a seized caliper so i bought new ones and got it towed home to find out it was axle, i got an axle from a 96 I30 at the pick and pull. Pulled my axle and replaced shocks and calipers since i had them and they are prone to seizing anyway. Now i am getting a severe vibration from pass side and it rotates with the wheel spinning and mostly at low speeds. It comes and goes depending on speed and doesnt do it all the time either.
The caliper i put on that side didnt fit quite right, i had to drill out the brake line holder so it would fit in all the way. I can jack up that tire and spin it and i feel the vibration in the axle and its loud. I replaced the rotor to see it that was it but no luck. The axle i got had damage on the dust covers from the fork lift so i am thinking maybe they picked up the car by the axle and it bent it. I cant see anything in the brakes being able to vibrate the whole rear end with me just spinning the wheel by hand. I am out of ideas besides the axle being bent from the forklift.
I am assuming the axle is all one piece and you cant just replace the spindle or can you?
Any ideas or comments are greatly appreciated.

I also ruled out bearings by swapping with ones from my old axle but it wasnt a constant hum like bad bearings

Sounds like he's talking about the passenger side of the beam itself.
Does it make the sound with the caliper and rotor removed? It sounds to me like a bad wheel bearing. Steal a hub assembly off your old axle.

I already did swap out the bearing and it doesn't do it with the wheel off.
On each side of the axle there is about a 2 foot bar that goes towards the front of the car and bolts to the frame and that is what broke off.
and yes I torque them down by hand.
if it was the bering wouldn't it be a constant hum?
