Bad quality windshield

So when I bought my maxima, the windshield was disgusting, but I just thought it needed to be washed. I was wrong :/. There seems to be dirt baked into my windshield that regular cleaners can't get out. After using a razor blade on them to get most of it off and claying, it's still hard to see when the sun is going down. I also don't have money for a new windshield. Is there anything I can buy (like a cleaner) to remove it?

Side note: just so you guys understand how nasty my car was when I bought it, the paint in some areas had a matte finish and felt so rough I thought the clear coat was gone. 4 clay bars later (dropped two lol) when I brought it to my mechanic for some work he commented on how much cleaner it was.

Last side note: I can get pictures tomorrow if they're needed

Thanks.

I think you ****ed up by using a razor blade on it. Maybe try claying some more? My old cars windshield was pretty nasty and that helped alot

Over the life of a windshield, it gets blasted with road debri which makes it look gritty especially in direct sunlight. A replacement windshield is under $200 bucks, the clear vision you get with that as well is priceless!
