I dont really understand your post but its possible you put the filter on upside down? I would imagine it might not flow so well that way or its possible you blew a fuse messing with the bat.

Did it start before changing filter? Have you allowed time for the filter and rail to fill back up and pressurize? Key on a couple times without cranking to prime. Are you leaking anywhere?

+1 on checking for a blown fuse (or relay?) and double check filters in correctly (though this shouldn't prevent fuel from being supplied). if fuses ok, then troubleshoot as normal; ie verify getting fuel & then getting spark.

Check and measure filter is installed corrected.

Usually your suppose to take the fuel pump fuse out to relief pressure from the lines.

So your car is getting spark but not fuel correct?

Check all your hoses make sure there on tight and no pinched lines.. You could try spraying some carb cleaner or something onto your brake booster to see if it fires up.

Sorry iPhone sucks with predictive text..

Spray carb cleaner into your brake booster line connected to your intake manifold
