EGR valve triped light
I pulled my engine codes from my 97.1)EGR hi\lo flow @ Knock sensor . One in the same problem... EGR is tripping the Knock sensor. Has anybody ever cleaned one or replaced it? And is it the black top circle with two hoses mounted on top of the intake pass the MAF? thanks. 97 GXE

The EGR is either good or bad. Unless you have some bad wires at the connector. The EGR valve is right below the ACC valve. It's attached to the upper intake manifold with two bolts. There are two hose inlets right beneath it.
