dimmer not working

I was swapping out some lights for my clock and there was a small spark. Now no clock lights will work and my cluster lights, etc are stuck on max brightness. Did I blow a fuse or how can I fix it?

Anyone know which one is for the dimmer? I checked the labels and nothing stands out.

Which specifically were you changing out? The LEDs that illuminate the inside of the clock?

The two lights for the Infiniti analog clock. I think the screwdriver must have made contact and shorted it out. I know, I should have disconnected it.

Turns out it was the 10A Tail light fuse under the hood.
