2007 350z Nismo Rims on 4th gen

Has anyone done it? All I see are the 350z Track edition 18's and Nismo A34's.

The 350z will someday get new lighter shoes.. and 4th gen will be getting the hand me down. lol

Currently I have a 35-285/19 in the back and a 40-255/18 in the front..

Offsets is +30 all around.

lol sorry I had a lazy moment and considering you have one I thought you should handle my lazyness. The stock 4th gen at most is 215/65/ and the later gens came with what 16's or 17's? I dont know im a little drunk right now and my memory is failing me. I would get a spacer so the offset difference is not so obvious because my personal opinion is that a stagger look on a 4th gen is just terrible even if staggered the right way (more in front drag style)

and for people who will ask...you can buy a "cefiro" badge so lets not get off topic. I think most Z wheels look good on a max but you have to be careful with the stagger. It can look down right mexi. The wheels that look good on a 4th gen are few and far between IMO. I chose these and some people like them and some dont:

I think they only came with 16's.. I currently have MM Evo5 on it with stock height, just waiting for the GD on C/Os and someone with a strut and spring combo to sell. lol

The Maxima is getting some srs awesome upgrades for a beater in a year or two lol.

The Pebble Beige (?) looks like a Jetta with those rims on it! lol

mm Crimson Blaze.. That car looks good! Those are 35th anniversary 350z rims / 2006 rims?

I want to paint mine Grey Lustre.. It's original color is Granite Pearl, but extremely faded and has clear coat delete mod :P

4th gen is a fun car to upgrade for the simple fact it suprises people left and right. A Z should be fast so people arent looking but you burn a newer 6cyl car its a fun thing. I swear its a family sedan....

I dont think the 4th genners are getting the GD on the CO's....not looking good as ppl are starting to back out due to the wait

Dammit. I'm tired of the soft 4x4 ride. Going to the Max from the 350z.. the Maxima is.. just too comfortable.. lol

Im still waitin on the C/O deal but im getting impatient...it shouldnt take a vendor this long to figure out a price for 10-15 people...pretty simple...but the nismo wheels would look sick...as long as you can keep em flush

It's what, a 15MM spacer in the rear to make it flush to the front?

And I apologize if I offended you by my comment ShocknAwe. I did not realize it was your car, nor does the Jetta remark mean a bad thing. I would pick up a TDI Jetta if I had the chance.. 40MPG ftw!

ChocoStraw has thick skin, he can take it

Jon, it won't work, you need stretch tire and a lot of camber for it NOT to be mexi flush.

The rears on the rear of the 4th gen you're screwed, but the front on the rear of the 4th gen would be herra frush....

Sell your rears and acquire two fronts....

I beg to differ. 19x10 + 30 will be damn close to flush in the rear. Up front, it will poke for sure. stretch and camber will help but flpcpt is not going to to do that to his daily.

I would.. But the rear tires are pretty much new 800 dollar set (Acquired at a STEAL price). A couple of autocrosses and trackdays should solve that though.

The main thing I love about my 96 is how accurate the fuel gauge is. Aaron can vouch

really? cause in my 95 if i turn right, lets say on an on ramp or continuous right, then the fuel gauge goes down lol not much (about 1/16 of the gauge) but noticeable. is this normal?

False.

You're adding OVER 1 INCH of poke with that wheel vs. your 350z wheels, or Jon knows how my G35s look.

That's Mexi-Flush mi-amigo.

At most you can add 15mm, but w/ the Nismo's we're talking nearly 30mm here (doing math in my head, someone will correct me sooner or later).

I guess a 1/4 panel pull can be done for correct fitment.... But that's participating in the baller's game to be done right....

It's a joke, it's been one of my biggest 95/96 complaints.

Lol, I was joking. It's horrible. I'll be at half a tank... Then a couple of minutes later I'm at a quarter.. Then at "E", the light won't turn on lol.. The most I've gone in the car was like 370Mi and the light had been illuminated for a while by then. lol, I actually haven't filled it up since Maxus 2012 Road Rally timing. :P

Aaron says he can do 400Mi, but that's 6spd winnings though eh?

Wooo, the Maxima is a great first car. The VQ30 is practically bulletproof with basic maintenance.
