Transmission leak between motor and tranny

well the transmission cracked up by the speed sensor i got a welder to weld the aluminum back so it wont leak nomore and i just got it all back together and now theirs a drip coming out where the tranny/motor meet...what could cause this? possibly cracked on inside tranny?

oh i weld it to fix leak then was gonna replace shift solyns to stop slaming gears.

What color is the fluid? If it is red, then yes, there is a tranny leak in there. If it is brown, it is your upper oil pan half moon seals.

I Think Transmission Is cracked where they Mate Or Torque converter cracked cause it hit gears really hard! And what is a Half Moon Seal? Never heard of that thought that up their was a rear Main oil seal leaking.

The Rear Main is just above the half moon seal. On this link http://www.courtesyparts.com/maxima-...1785_1788.html the RMS is numbered 12296M and the half moon seal is 11121+1
