Steering wheel shake between 50-60MPH

Hello.
Here is the issue. When i drive between 50-60MPH, and i mean specifically in that range, i get some steering wheel shake. Not violent, but its there. This is a 04.

Struts are new, checked tie rod ends and inner tie rods, tires are balanced, no abnormal wear, aliment done. Wheel bearings do not make noise or vibrate when doing the spring test. Stabilizer links are also new, replaced with struts. Axles are all good, no leaks. When front end raised and wheels shaken, they do not wobble or have any play.

Rotors are also new with a set of pads but this happens when i cruise so has nothing to do with it...

I'm suspecting it being something related with the control arms...
Ideas? Suggestions? I'm losing my cool here...
Thanks.

I'm sure some other people will chime in with more detailed things to check, but to keep it simple - have you made sure the tires are balanced, with no uneven wear on them?

Things that could cause wheel vibration other than wheel balance and alignment are the brake rotors out of balance (my 97 had this from the factory) and the rim being bent.

If you can find a place that balances wheels without removing them, this would then balance the rotor and the wheel as a matched pair. The downside to this is if you rotate the tires, you no longer have a matched pair.

To check for a bent rim, jack up the wheel and rotate the wheel while checking with a runout gauge on the rim itself, not the tire. If you swap the front and rear tires, a bent rim on the rear will be less noticable.

Already checked for a bent rim, they're all good.
The thing is the rotors are unlikely to cause this. When i first got the car, i had this issue without all the things Ive done thus far. With new rotors, it still does this vibration. Its between 50-60MPH. If i go higher it never happens. Another thing is that this does not occur all the time i hit 50-60. I'm going to try the run out gauge just to make sure the rim is not bent.
I'm running out of ideas.

Already done it twice. Both times came back to be good from two different shops.
