Thought i'd share some pics of the new addition to the stable. (Ignore the 300, it's a rental for a trip we took). The Max has joined the Pearl White TL in the garage. Enjoy!

congrats! i kinda like the new white stiching.. probably would've liked to have grey.. cause my red stitching kinda looks burgandy or something.. not really a sporty/agressive color. that white is nice tho man

Nope, not Nissan Mats.....they are some rubber ones i had laying around from a previous car. Put them in just for the time being until i get the proper ones.

 

Reminds of when Nissan use to differentiate the SE/Sport model more so back with the 3rd Gen, the SE's all had Black/Smoked tail lights vs red on the non SE's.

 

How do you like the Maxima compared to the TL?
Both of the cars including the g37x are all on my list of my next car

Welcome to the 7th gen family. The white is def a hot color on these cars, and I like the new smoked head/tail lights on them as well! You got any future plans for it coming up?

I am a fan of the new TLs as well (would consider the SH-AWD version). I would like to hear your comparison between the 2 as well.

As for plans, i would love to drop it......but gotta sell that one to the wife. lol.

As for a comparision to the TL....honestly, it's so hard to compare. I have the SH-AWD TL with the 6spd Manual, so quite honestly it's not a fair compairison. I will tell you however that the Maxima is right up there it quality, fit and finish. The TL has less body roll, and superb handling, thanks to the SH-AWD. TL's powerband is at the high end of the RPM's you really feel the car kick at about 4000 RPM. The Maxima is not broken in yet, so i haven't really been able to lay out there and experience the Torque an hp much. I think a more fair compairison would be the Maxima vs. TL without AWD and automatic. Becuase quite honestly, my TL is a whole different experience with the 6spd Manual and the SH-AWD. But i'll try to put a more detailed review together after i pass that break in period on the Max, and am able to go out and have a really nice trest drive.
