Hey guys I removed my factory navigation unit this weekend because it wouldnt work any longer and was wanting to put an aftermarket navigation unit in the cubby space. However this morning I discovered that my factory bose headunit no longer works and it worked just fine before hand.

Can the factory navigation not be removed without replacing the stereo? What is the deal on this? Anyone know?
