Power steering pump is wet in appearance but fluid reservoir level has no problem. On occasion the wheel feels slightly heavier than what i think is normal, but never really an issue. There is no belt squealing at any point, standing or moving, nor other sounds associated with difficult steerage. (210000Km)

Would a seal kit fix any problem or do I need to replace the pump itself?
