bank 1 catalytic converter

dose anyone know witch is bank 1 catalytic converter i have a code that says bank 1 is that the front one or back one

Bank one is the Back one if you are in front of the car looking under hood. bank 2 is the front one.

I take it you don't know what a firewall is(google it) and no its the back bank closest to the windshield wipers which is right above the FIREWALL lol.
