creaking noise left rear part of car

for some reason my car makes a creaking noise in the left rear but ONLY when the rear of the car is moving upward, for example after going over a speed bump

after hearing this one too many times, I parked the car and pulled up on the rear bumper of the car and sure enough, it makes the creaking noise every time i pull upwards when grabbing the rear of the car

have you ever experienced this before? I just changed shocks/struts with KYB's not too long ago but it only started happening recently

will some spray fix the problem or is it mechanical or just some part wearing out?

Get some silicone spray and spray the rubber parts of rear beam bushings and lateral link bushings. If that doesn't work, I would inspect the calipers to see if it is releasing the pads.

need to replace bushings

The silicone spray worked for a day or so, but then the creaking came back, I could tell its from some of the bushings

I think I'm gonna have to replace all my bushings...is that considered suspension service?

I'm just wondering if its worth to pay someone to do it or try to do it myself.

Lotta dry rot on the current bushings probably from Los Angeles sunshine, heard not so good things about the poly bushings, should I go OEM?

I could say possible the rubber in the top mount...they can tear and eventually rip out from the metal housing.
Also, the rubber around the bottom of the spring that contacts the base (seat) of the strut might have worn out prematurely, maybe due to improperly seating the spring in the first place. I put all purpose grease around the rubber before I installed my new springs.
Try using a rubber hose to your ear and have somebody perform the task of moving your car while you pin point where the noise is coming from. That's my 2 cents.
