Lost 1 or 2 cylinders yesterday

Max ran fine in the morning, started it after work and it now has a severe misfire. 1 cylinder is completely out, feels like a second one drops out under load. Car falls on its face under load, misfiring like crazy.

I'm going to pull the plugs and check the coils this morning. No cel...

Could be that missed maintenance you had brought up a few months ago. Idk.

Could be coil packs pull codes and that should point you in the right direction. Good luck.

lucky you, I have replaced all 6 coils on my 00 but not at dealer prices. I was able to get all my coils(greydot FTW) from the scrapyard and 10 spares just for safe measure.
