Ypipe heat sheild

So I am taking off my stock y pipe to install a WS Y pipe. But the passenger side nut seems too have a heat shield In the way. Has anyone removed this shield? What would you recommended I do?

Like he stated all you'll need is a swivel joint to bend around the heat shield on the pre-cat connected to bank1. To remove those 6 nuts I had to use my 36" breaker bar for extra torque.
