Tein Lowering Springs

SOLD!!!

I have a set of Tein s-tech lowering springs for sale. I bought tem used last year to use as a spare set but I'm on coils now so no need for them anymore. the springs has under 30k miles on them when I bought it from the previous owner and I have never put them on. Asking price is $100 picked up in Denver area or $120 shipped.

ok and would this have a harsh ride quality with new struts and shocks and also rub with 225/45/18 wheels?

These shouldn't rub that's for sure and depends what type of new struts you are going to buy. Best struts to get for this application would be some tokico illuminas or some kyb agx adjustable struts.

yeah Ive been searching but I can't find agx's anywhere for the 5th gen did kyb stop making them? I found illuminas for 100 a piece and 250 for the rear set I might go with kyb g2 series if the tein s can put up with it

Yeah the thing with the KYB GR-2 is what I think you are talking about are like stock replacement and usually with a drop it would be best to go with the adjustable struts so you can get a little bit more out of the stiffness of the ride from the shocks. I got Illuminas and they are amazing more on the comfortable side to me. Then again I got H&R springs on mine.

These shouldn't ride too bad with the gr2's. I thought it was a little bit stiffer than stock but not too bad. And yeah the gr2 are pretty much a stock replacement. Still gets the job done. Your wheels shouldn't rub unless your offset is off. The previous owner had these dropped on 20's and he had no problems.
