I have a body with a cattman muffler that has been lightly used, what is a good offer I should make? He offered 100

check there is still enough metal to weld it up. Could have hacked it right off but for $100....Id counter with $80 but if he doesnt budge then $100 for a hard to find muffler is a good deal

 

Why the hell not? You'll pay that for a (new) quality aftermarket muffler anyways.

Picking it up today. I have an aftermarket y pipe and the rest of the exhaust is stock, will it still sound nice with a stock cat and b pipe?

 

Have you gone to youtube and looked at videos like I recommended? I can guarantee you'll find a setup similar to yours... Remember, too..."nice sounding" is incredibly subjective.

Will you sound like a ricey civic? No.

 

Stock anything is a no. Upgrade that b-pipe and muffler. I heard good things about Cattman but I love my Stillen, no rice or rasp even with unequal length y-pipe.
