Low Lpeed Wobble/High Speed Vibration

I have a 97 Maxima SE 180K miles, and I have a problem I cant seem to fix. At low speed (under 20MPH) I have a wobble in the car. It goes away above 20MPH but comes back as a vibration in the seat and steering wheel above 60MPH. Cant seem to figure out what is causing it. Could it be a bent axle?

Here is what I have tried so far:
New front Struts/Springs/Strut Bearings
New rear Shocks/Springs
New tires, balanced and aligned
New Lower Control Arms with new ball joints and sway bar end links
New brake pads and rotors turned.

Any help would be much appreciated. I bought this car brand new in 97 and plan on giving it to my son when he turns 16 in a couple of months so Im trying to get in it good working order for him.

Could be bent wheel. Does rotating tires change intensity or feel.

No rotating them doesn't change the feel and the wheels are new as well.

Might want to check the wheels.

I had the same problem, turned out to be a bent wheel.

Maybe your tires wear unevenly.

I don't know the brand of LCA's but they were replaced last week. Problem was there before replacement.

A wobble shake or vibration are caused by a rotating mass out of balance or not true bent or otherwise out of round.

Have you replaced either axle? are both the axle nuts tight? i would jack it up and put on jack stands and see if there is any play in either of the wheels and check to make sure everything thats been replaced is tight

Yes I know that. That doesn't help diagnose a bad part though. I'm trying to get ideas on what else to check other than the parts I've already replaced.

I'd be delighted to hear your suggestions.

I replaced both axles (raxles) about 3 years ago. Didn't notice any vibration back then. Wheels are tight, no play, and I have had that checked a few times. The problem has existed since before I replaced all the parts listed above with the exception of the axles.

wow, lot of repeated answers in here. my guess is a bad wheel bearing, you could also check outer tie rods and sway bar end links while up on a rack by wobbling wheels up/down looking for play.
