Best/Worst VE Rod and main bearings??

Best/Worst VE Rod and main bearings??
I'm going to roll in some new bearings soon (next week?) to see if it cures the mid-RPM range rattle that my SE has (actually 2 SEs, but I'll try *one* first)- assuming there isn't some other issue found in the process.
Can someone tell me if there are any especially good bearings to use or bad ones to avoid... or does it really matter? The rest of the engine is in really good shape... except for the rattle.
Other tips appreciated too.
